As the Manager, Training Partnering, you will play a critical role in strengthening relationships with our business through a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.
This newly created role is designed to lead a team of Training Partners to deliver high-quality training and assessment.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of training programs that support the growth and development of our team members.
Additionally, you will champion the Linfox Academies and other training and development initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders to foster team member growth and retention, ensuring that training performance aligns with our broader business strategy.

Areas of focus include: Define a clear, inspiring vision for the future that aligns with the team's goals and organisational valuesLead and build the capability of our Training Partner team, providing opportunities for professional developmentDrive the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring continual improvement plans are developed and implementedStakeholder Engagement: Partner with business unit stakeholders at an operational, senior leadership and Human Resource level to build and implement training solutions aligned with business needs and strategyEngage with external stakeholders such as State Training Authorities, Licensing Regulators, Contracted Third Parties, and Training ProvidersGrowth and development Develop and oversee the implementation of training programs that support business growth and team member needsSupport initiatives related to the Linfox Academy, including team member development, upskilling and retentionImplement training cost-saving initiatives to ensure financial and operational effectiveness at a business unit and site levelAre you the one? The successful applicant will possess the following: Demonstrated experience in building strong business partners, with the capacity to influence and drive outcomesDemonstrated experience in leading a high-performance team with a proven track record for building capability and inspiring growthTertiary qualification in training, human resources, or relevant field preferredDemonstrated experience in the Transport and Logistics IndustryExperience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) constructionSound understanding of the National VET Regulator (NVR) Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).At Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
