We act for humanity.About the roleThe Fundraising Lead (Regular Giving and Face-to-Face) will work collaboratively with the Fundraising team and across the wider team, including Digital, Marketing, Communications counterparts as well as the Strategy and Data teams to achieve shared goals across a range of products, campaigns and projects.In this role, you will support the Regular Giving Program Manager with the end-to-end execution of the face-to-face fundraising program including stock management, supplier management, fundraiser training, territory and locations, attrition and results reporting. You will also have opportunities to work across other multi-channel retention campaigns such as donor newsletters and onboarding journey development.You will work with the Program Manager to drive acquisition of new audiences, reactivation of lapsed supporters and further engagement of the active supporter base.About what you can bringAbility to optimise and evolve the face-to-face channel to improve performance and deliver exceptional experiences for supporters.Experience managing third party agencies and suppliers including selection, reporting, assessment and contract negotiation.Skills to monitor and measure performance of the channel across different programs/products/campaigns.Support to the Regular Giving Manager to build a holistic strategy for face-to-face engagement across the directorate and manage the delivery of the strategy.A collaborative nature to help you work closely with the others in the fundraising team and across the organization to promote cross-sell opportunities for other programs like bequests, appeals, community fundraising, volunteering, retail and mental health and first aid.Benefits that act for you, while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your salary, you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
