They have a wide network of operations across the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and are known for their commitment to safety and their employee-centric approach.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement safety protocols in line with regulatory guidelines.Conduct risk assessments and safety audits regularly.Provide safety training and awareness sessions for the staff.Investigate and report any health and safety incidents.Participate in safety committee meetings and initiatives.Monitor compliance with safety procedures and policies.Provide advice and guidance on health and safety matters.Work closely with the Human Resources department to ensure a safe work culture.The Successful ApplicantA successful Health & Safety Advisor will be able to demonstrate:Experience in a similar role within a health and safety role.Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards.Exceptional communication skills to relay safety procedures and standards.Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.Capability to deliver safety training and awareness programs.Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and calmly.What's on OfferSalary range of $110K - $115K plus superannuation.3 days in the office and 2 from home.Permanent, full-time role.Frankston location.#J-18808-Ljbffr
