Layne Property Management provides individual, personalised, and professional Property Management Services to Investors with residential property on the Sunshine Coast. We are a small business with a focus on providing exceptional service through small portfolios and excellent communication.
Layne Property Management are looking for a member to join our team as the front office receptionist. The position is permanent part-time. The working hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm Tuesdays to Saturdays each week.
Our preferred candidate needs to have:
• Customer service experience.
• Attention to details.
• Telephone and computer skill.
• Office administration experience
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
The job duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Assisting guest inquiries (face-to-face, phone, email)
• Operating an EFTPOS terminal
• Maintaining accurate accounts and handling cash.
• Working closely with housekeeping team.
• Processing paperwork
• Organising office tasks efficiently
