Job Summary
A Conveyancing Position is available at our legal services firm. As a Conveyancer, you will autonomously complete conveyancing matters from initial engagement to settlement through PEXA. You will manage conveyancing workflows and priorities, engage new clients, report on conveyancing matters, and consider improvements to processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage conveyancing workflows and priorities.
* Engage new clients and meet and verify their identity.
* Report on conveyancing matters and consider improvements to processes, precedents, costings and implementation of new software programs.
* Manage additional staff to assist the conveyancing process as required.
About You
* You must have 2+ years' experience as a Conveyancer in NSW.
* You require a Bachelor of Laws or Conveyancing certificate.
* You should be proficient in PEXA and/or Smokeball.
* You have great time management and prioritising skills.
* You possess professional communications skills.
* You are energetic and optimistic with strong problem-solving skills.
