MYVISTA Balcatta has a vacancy for a "hands-on, experienced" Residential Aged Care Manager looking to be the Manager of an exceptional team.This is a key management position within MYVISTA's organisation and would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential aged care operations.Key Expectations and Responsibilities:Manage the ongoing workforce requirements and compliance obligations, which includes responsibility for the rostering of all staff and care minute obligations.Manage, maintain and drive the high quality of care and standards MYVISTA and the facility are known for.Meet all legislative and regulatory compliance (Aged Care Act, aged care quality standards, infection control, clinical governance, and work health and safety as examples).Meet all budget outcomes and expectations (including AN-ACC, occupancy, expenditure, and workforce costs).The successful person would be the Manager of a home that has full 3-year Accreditation, long-term experienced aged care clinical, care and service team members, and a supportive management and leadership structure.The manager reports to the Aged Care Operations Manager and would have access to ongoing education and development.The successful candidate would have a passion for aged care, understand cultural diversity, and can build on the existing strong workforce culture focused on person-centred care and services.MYVISTA is a Not For Profit, Community-owned organisation celebrating 35 years of service to the community.If the successful candidate has a current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration, it would be highly desirable.To work at MYVISTA, you will be required to provide a National Police Clearance and evidence of current influenza vaccination.
