Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high voltage products division targeting the utilities and renewables market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the utilities and renewables sector
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and engineering to align offerings with customer needs
* Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to executive leadership
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies
Qualifications:
* Electrical background, either from trades, prior sales experience or education qualification such as degree
* Hands on experience within electrical trades industry OR proven track record of success in related electrical industry
* Understanding of the utilities and renewables sector, including knowledge of key players, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth
