Roshana Care Group is seeking a visionary Marketing Executive to join our team in Burswood, WA.
As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple business units.
This role requires you to lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our objectives.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive brand growth and enhance awareness, making a significant impact on our company's success.
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for our diverse range of services including but not limited to, Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, Mental Health, and NDIS Services.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining strategies that align with our company objectives.
Your expertise will ensure the effective management of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, driving our brand's success across various sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
This includes conducting market research, analysing trends, and setting measurable goals to guide marketing efforts.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
This involves integrating online and digital vs offline and traditional marketing techniques.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer preferences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
This includes developing detailed customer personas and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels to build brand trust and recognition.
This also involves managing brand equity, developing crisis communication plans, and fostering positive associations with the brand.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve strategic goals.
This includes mentoring team members, coordinating with other departments such as sales and product management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure resources are allocated efficiently across various projects and initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, advertising agencies, and internal teams, to support marketing activities.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute daily social media content plans to engage the target audience.
SEO and Keyword Management: Analyse SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Essential Skills, Attributes and Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role using both digital and traditional marketing tools.
Proven experience developing, creating, and implementing marketing strategies to drive campaigns and brand awareness.
Demonstrates leadership and influencing skills.
Sound understanding and application of marketing theory and practices, including the knowledge of and interest in digital marketing trends and analytics.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Demonstrated understanding of commercial awareness.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications would be highly regarded Leadership skills or previous experience in leading a team.
An understanding of contemporary Aged Care and Mental Health issues and opportunities (Desirable).
