The successful candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and people management skills, with experience in managing teams and working on large-scale projects. The role requires a Senior First Aid Certificate and a driver's licence, including four-wheel driving certification. The role also involves working outdoors as part of a team and contributing to improving and maintaining NSW's precious natural places. A medical assessment will be required, and the role holder must obtain certification prior to undertaking firefighting/incident control duties.
