The role A Product Specialist within the Plastics & Medical sales team, will be required to call on a diverse range of core & non-core customers: Plastic Surgeons – Cosmetic & Reconstructive Cosmetic Physicians OBGyn – specific to Insorb Allied Health – Hand Therapists, Lymphatics Practitioners, Burns/Scar Specialists Vascular Surgeons/Interventional Radiologists/GP Phlebologists – specific to neoLaser Location/Territory: Brisbane, QLD Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Develop and execute call and territory plans which includes strategies for achieving sales targets, protecting existing business, and identification of key accounts and customers Work with the Plastics & Medical Sales Manager to achieve strategic objectives, including conversion of major accounts and growth in existing accounts Continually develop product and clinical knowledge Develop relationships with all stakeholders in accounts that are relevant to your sales objectives Maintain and utilise CRM database (Salesforce) to maintain contacts and develop business plan for forecasting Attend seminars and conferences as determined by the Sales Manager About you Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: At least 2-5 years of proven experience and success within medical device sales or another healthcare sales related role. Operating theatre experience preferred. Capital selling experience – highly desirable B2B selling experience – highly desirable Demonstrated experience in developing close customer relationships and providing high levels of customer service support Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to learn, retain, and communicate clinical/technical information Ability to analyse sales reports and spreadsheets to identify trends and changes within your assigned territory.
