The Role:
* A focus on customer service and building & maintaining relationships
* Collaborative environment with a great and supportive team
* Supporting the sales managers
* Prepare & assist with marketing brochures
* Coordinate site inspections
* Represent product and services in a true and accurate manner
The Candidate:
* 2 - 3 years industry experience in Retirement Sales or Residential Sales
* Current Real Estate Licence
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, written and presentation skills
* The ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients
* An understanding personality with the ability to show empathy
* Strong administration & Microsoft skills
