Senior Asset Management and Accommodation Planning Consultant
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position within the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management. The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical input in the development and management of asset management and accommodation planning functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the effective management of the Department's property portfolio
* Administer and provide specialist advice to DPFEM senior managers on accommodation facilities, complex property leasing arrangements, and general property-related issues
* Responsible for completing complex property or physical assets as required
Requirements
* Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 6
* Salary: $105,921.00 to $119,801.00 per annum
* Region: South
* Location: Hobart
