Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for community wellness and facility management? The City of Karratha is looking for a Recreation Facilities Coordinator to oversee the operations of the Karratha Leisureplex (KLP).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead KLP operations, ensuring high standards in facility maintenance, program development, and customer service.
* Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to deliver exceptional service.
* Develop business plans, manage budgets, and drive the financial success of KLP.
* Foster community engagement by creating diverse recreational programs for all ages.
* Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of KLP through strong operational oversight.
What We’re Looking For:
* Tertiary qualifications in Recreation Business Management or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a recreation or leisure environment.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
* Proven ability to build community partnerships and deliver quality programs.
