We are looking for an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Mildura. The ideal candidate will have previous Aged Care experience, good interpersonal skills and a passion for helping residents.
How you’ll care
1. Lead and participate in delivery of high standard of person-centered resident care.
2. Contribute to comprehensive individual holistic assessments and care plan for new and existing residents and evaluate care as per the policy.
3. Ensure clinical documentation is completely in timely manner and clinical assessments are reviewed, updated and validated by RN.
4. Daily responsibility of the emergency, safety and infection control procedures as per the policy.

7. Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
8. Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system.
