This multifaceted role offers you the chance to lead the deployment of cutting-edge technology, manage commercial trials, and elevate the road safety industry. Reporting to the Head of Digital, your strong attention to detail, organisational prowess, and ability to manage diverse tasks will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and employees, and resolving issues with proactive solutions.Lead the digital transformation by collaborating with Altus Digital Champions across states, guiding them through the technology journey.Supervise the planning, execution and monitoring of digital deployments, ensuring that project timelines, objectives, and high safety standards are met.Keep meticulous records of employee training, certifications, and competencies. Coordinate training sessions to ensure staff are proficient with the latest digital equipment.Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for digital equipment, coordinating with teams to address troubleshooting needs and keep operations running smoothly.Be a pivotal point of support for operational teams during technology rollouts, troubleshooting challenges to minimise disruptions.Maintain thorough documentation on every aspect of technology deployments, from training materials and shift reports to operational protocols.Be willing to travel nationwide to provide hands-on oversight, training, and on-site support during deployments.Organisational Impact:Collaborate as an active and engaged member of the team, contributing to the broader success of the digital business.Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Lead and support the training and upskilling of Traffic Controllers, ensuring they are equipped to thrive in a digital environment.Stay focused on achieving operational targets, consistently driving success.Safety & Quality StandardsPromote and maintain a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to relevant legislation and standards.Be a champion of workplace health and safety, reporting hazards, addressing incidents, and implementing effective control measures.Work to approved Digital procedures and encourage others to do the same.Uphold and advocate for the Life Saving Rules, ensuring a culture of safety across all digital operations.Why You'll Love This Role: You’ll be leading meaningful change within an organisation dedicated to innovation, safety, and excellence.
