The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough, and Lane and has been selected to design and construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This iconic project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Purpose of the Role: Responsible for the document control management for construction documents and information governance between the Construction Director & FGJV teams.
Qualifications: Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field, preferred – not essentialWhite CardExperience: 1-3 years' experience in Administration, Document Control, Procurement, or Finance ReportingExperience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable project worksExperience in information governance processesProcess-oriented, able to analyse complex issuesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levelsSound interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaborativelyAbility to work to deadlines and targets and prioritise tasks under pressureSound negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong initiative and proactive natureExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed time management skillsHigh attention to detailCompetent and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and WordAbility to learn and use different software systems such as E7Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Manage document submissions from subcontractors to internal teams, and FGJV to SHL.Provide advice and coaching to subcontractors and internal staff on project document control procedures.Manage the flow of internal process documentation to/from the Construction Director (Site construction teams, Procurement, IT, HR, Recruitment, Plant & Equipment, Technical, HSE, Environment).Provide input to FGJV - SHL Information Management monitoring and improvements.Maintain & update roster of blue & white collar.Ensure booking of flights & accommodation is done as per roster.Record trainings done by each crew member / staff member.Book training as per requirements for blue & white collar.Manage timely attendance entry in E7 for the blue collar / white collar.Order stationery & supplies for the office.Maintain log of dockets for hired plant & machinery.The above listed authorities & responsibilities are only a guide and may change as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or as per the requirements of FGJV Management.
