Key Responsibilities:Surface preparation, masking, and application of paints and coatings
Mixing and applying a variety of protective finishes
Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards
Maintaining painting equipment and workspaces
Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications & Experience:Required:
Cert III in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent
Spray painting experience (auto/industrial/defense ideal)
Strong attention to detail & safety focus
