Working from Brisbane, this role will involve delivering helpdesk support to clients and will have opportunities to transition into more senior roles. Your new role From performing a wide variety of troubleshooting across many technologies, to providing outstanding customer service, some of your day-to-day duties will include: Responding to tickets in accordance to SLA guidelines Triage/solve/escalate IT issues Handling break/fix, configuration issues, software installations, and hardware repairs Providing exceptional customer service Providing desktop support, user role management using Active Directory, and network support What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in IT Support and be motivated to grow in this field.
