Are you a driven ERP sales professional looking to get into sales management? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager or Sales Director to join our client, a respected ERP reseller. This is a hunter role with a supportive pipeline of warm leads, ideal for someone who excels in building and securing new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the ERP sector
Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly with SMB clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 8 years' experience selling ERP solutions e.g. Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite (D365 Business Central experience highly regarded)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter-focused role
Ability to engage warm leads effectively and convert them into long-term clients
Strong network within the ERP market and outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
