Shree Dental & Implant Centre is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Surgical Dental Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant to provide chairside support to our Principal Dentist, Dr. Sanjay, assist with surgical procedures, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient care. This role will be heavily involved in implantology and oral surgeries, requiring precision, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chairside Assistance: Assist during surgical and non-surgical procedures, including dental implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and extractions, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
* Surgical Preparation: Set up and maintain a sterile field, prepare surgical trays, and ensure all necessary instruments and materials are ready for procedures.
* Sterilisation & Infection Control: Clean, disinfect, and sterilise instruments, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
* Patient Interaction: Greet patients, assist with scheduling, and provide detailed pre- and post-operative instructions to ensure successful healing and recovery.
* Clinical Support: Assist with suturing, haemostasis, and post-operative care, monitor patient vitals during sedation procedures, and support patients throughout their surgical journey.
* Implant & Surgery Coordination: Organise implant stock, track case progress, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth surgical workflow.
* Administrative Duties: Take detailed notes, manage patient records, prepare consent forms, and coordinate communication between patients, referrers, and external surgical centres.
* Personal Assistance: Provide direct support to Dr. Sanjay as required, including maintaining a task checklist to be reviewed weekly and closely communicating with the Principal Dentist.
* Surgery Flow Management: Ensure a smooth and calm flow of surgical appointments, proactively addressing any logistical challenges.

* Previous experience in implantology, oral surgery, or surgical nursing (preferred but not essential—training provided).
