We are currently looking for a Rostering Officer to join our Tassie team on a 6-month Fixed Term contract.
* This role can be based out of our Hobart, Launceston, or Burnie offices.

About the role:
Fixed Term – 6 months.
The Rostering Officer will work with our operations team to ensure that shifts are filled in a timely manner. They will also ensure hours worked by employees are monitored regionally to ensure employees are working within any industrial relation obligations.
About you:
We are currently seeking a Rostering Officer with relevant experience, who can assist with the day-to-day rostering requirements of the organisation. This is a challenging and fulfilling position for a self-motivated person who is highly skilled at prioritising their workload to meet business critical needs.
The successful person for this role will be equally comfortable working independently or as part of a highly skilled team. To be the successful applicant, your application will demonstrate that you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; well-developed written and verbal communication skills; highly developed software literacy skills, specifically in rostering packages.
What’s essential:
* 1-2 years Disability industry experience and/or:
* Previous experience in a Rostering/Workforce Planning position.
