About the Group This group are a leading national Tier 1 builder that are known for delivering complex apartment, commercial and retail projects up to $500 mil. They have recently won a $300 mil mixed use project in the inner city and need a head site manager to join the group. About the RoleReporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction program and ensuring that key milestones are met. You will supervise all onsite activity and ensure all company safety standards are met. You will work through any design and constructability issues with design consultants and the Project Manager. You will also manage three Foreman, Leading Hand and OH&S labourer. About YouYou will ideally have delivered a new build commercial/apartment/mixed use project from start to finish as a Site Manager or a senior foreman. You will have experience managing all phases of a project - structure/services and finishes.
