This role ensures seamless alignment with the broader National Lung Cancer Screening Program (NLCSP) materials developed by the Department of Health and Aged Care (DoHAC) and its partners, while building on and enhancing the NCSR’s existing library of resources.If you are passionate about making a positive impact in cancer screening and have the expertise to drive success, we invite you to join our dedicated team working towards a healthier future.About the role:Develop user-centred training resources (e.g. user guides, quick-reference guides, multimedia content, and FAQs), in line with adult learning principles, enhancing the NCSR’s existing library of training resources to ensure they meet the needs of diverse healthcare audiences and align seamlessly with NLCSP materials.Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure training materials meet the needs of end users and are aligned with broader NLCSP materials.Plan and facilitate training sessions via webinars, workshops, and “train the trainer” programs, ensuring materials are accessible and user-friendly for all audiences.Support the re-design of the NCSR website to incorporate the lung program, including the adaptation of training resources and coordination of other digital elements.Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of training plans and activities, collaborating with project teams and external stakeholders to identify risks and challenges and adjusting where necessary.Track, evaluate and report on training activities, providing advice for adjusting strategies based on their effectiveness.Ensure that all training resources are culturally sensitive and inclusive, particularly in consideration of priority populations including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the LGBTIQ+ community, and other diverse groups.Any other duties as may reasonably be required as directed by the NCSR Lung Cancer Screening Register Change & Communications Project Manager.About you:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.3–5 years’ experience in instructional design, training, or education for technology.
