This position is responsible for establishing a robust first line of defense for risk management within an exciting new acquisition in the ANZ market. The role involves supporting the Executive and senior management in identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks, enhancing the control environment, monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and driving improvements in issue and loss event management.QualificationsKey responsibilities include:Ensure Risk Management integration plan is deliveredAct as a local point of contact for Risk Management matters during the integrationCo-ordinate Risk & Issue management matters arising from all integration workstreams, including the administration of all issues within the Archer software toolPrepare and present integration risk reporting to stakeholdersProvide training to key stakeholders on effective risk management and Experian expectationsOversee critical controls effectiveness, issues management and loss event managementMonitor and review risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulationsRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of operational risk management experiencePrior experience within risk management or integration experience is a bonus.Proven ability to build a strong internal network across various stakeholder groups and global teamsAdditional InformationCulture at ExperianExperian Asia Pacific's culture, people, flexibility and environments are main differentiators.
