6 months CONTRACT with potential extension Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in southeastern region of Melbourne Daily Rate: $850 (inc SUPER) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Analyst to play a key role in a critical Ci to CiA upgrade project with TechnologyOne (T1). The position centers on implementing the Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) module, requiring a proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and delivering business requirements. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and program teams, ensuring project objectives are aligned with organizational goals to facilitate a smooth transition to the updated system. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Partner with engineering and program teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the TechnologyOne PLM module. Map end-to-end processes and align them with the functionalities of TechnologyOne PLM or comparable modules. Lead stakeholder engagement to confirm, clarify, and validate requirements. Offer actionable insights and influence stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines. Perform core Business Analyst responsibilities, including: Eliciting and documenting requirements. Developing process maps and performing gap analyses. Supporting solution design and validation. Assisting with change management and training initiatives. MORE ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience working with TechnologyOne PLM or similar Project Lifecycle Management modules from other platforms. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align priorities across diverse groups. Comprehensive knowledge of standard Business Analyst practices, tools, and methodologies. Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineering and program stakeholders.
