The Head of STEM collaborates with and supports learners to connect the principles of STEM to inspire creative learning experiences within and beyond the classroom and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. They will focus on providing staff with capacity and knowledge of effective curriculum, planning, pedagogy and assessment strategies to improve student learning and is responsible for nurturing a rich, vibrant learning culture in STEM across the Junior School.
