Joining a supportive team of Engineers, Architects, and Designers, you will be involved in leading a diverse range of projects. As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organisation, leveraging your expertise to support and manage structural engineering projects. You will have the chance to work on a variety of challenging assignments, from commercial buildings to infrastructure developments. In this role, you will collaborate with senior engineers to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and industry regulations. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be vital as you work alongside cross-functional teams, architects, and clients to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions. Based in our Melbourne office, you'll apply your leadership skills to contribute to the local team's success and foster a culture of creativity and innovation while supporting the development of your colleagues. What We’ll Like About You You will be degree-qualified in Civil (Structural) Engineering with 5 years of experience, ideally within the Heavy Industrial market. Based in Brisbane, you’ll bring strong steel design expertise and a willingness to travel to client sites across Queensland as required. Your experience in a consulting environment has helped you hone your technical design skills, develop excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and gain a solid understanding of client needs. You are comfortable collaborating with remote design teams to deliver key projects for our Queensland clients and can effectively contribute to the success of multidisciplinary teams.
