We are looking for a Training Officer to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Southwest Sydney.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Training Officer who thrives on designing and delivering impactful training programs.
You'll be responsible for coordinating training initiatives in alignment with the company's annual training plan, while also playing a key role in their transition to e-learning.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver both e-learning and classroom-based training.
• Conduct inductions and training sessions for operations, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Create and manage task descriptions and assessments for production processes.
• Collaborate with external training providers, RTOs, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Keep compliance training up to date and ensure accurate training records are maintained in the learning management system.
• Continuously improve training processes and contribute to weekly and adhoc reporting.
About You: • Experience as a Training Officer, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design (desirable).
