The Operations Coordinator is a highly organised, analytically minded, systems savvy, and customer-focused individual who plays a crucial role in supporting the Early Learning (EL) Operations Manager, ensuring the operational activities of our services are compliant with policy, procedure, and legislative requirements while driving continuous improvement.The Operations Coordinator also provides monitoring, reporting, and operational support in ensuring our services have the tools and capability to manage their compliance obligations and maximise funding and enrolments.
You will be confident working in a range of different systems and great at solving problems, enabling you to support services to use our childcare management and reporting systems (1Place).
Familiarity with government portals and reporting requirements are also essential to this role.Travel to sites across Melbourne will be required.
A current driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
Some remote working will be available, depending on the requirements of the role.
