Visitors can enjoy live performances, various events, and an array of amenities, including a gaming lounge, event spaces and cocktail bar.
About the Role:
As the General Manager, you will manage, promote, and supervise all aspects of the club's operations and activities. You will oversee administration, legal matters, accounting, staff management, bar and food operations, gaming, facilities, entertainment and community initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, suppliers, employees, and other key stakeholders.
Your Skills & Abilities:
* Demonstrated experience as a General Manager within the Hospitality sector
* Strong leadership abilities with a talent for effective staff delegation and supervision
* Comprehensive understanding of applicable statutes, acts, and regulations impacting the venue
* Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting practices
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for negotiations, resolving disputes, and fostering positive employer/employee relationships.
