YOU WILL BE DOING… In this role, you’ll drive our paid media strategy with a focus on maximising e-commerce growth, on Shopify. You’ll develop, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display to boost brand visibility, traffic, and conversion. Collaborating closely with our e-commerce and product teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration of ads with our Shopify storefront, creating cohesive, data-driven strategies that enhance the customer journey and drive sales. By managing budgets efficiently and monitoring key performance indicators, you’ll make informed adjustments to continually refine our approach and maximise ROI. Beyond paid media, you’ll play a key role in driving our broader digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement across channels. This includes developing SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, crafting compelling content for email marketing, and ensuring social media efforts resonate with target audiences. You’ll work alongside the content, design, and product teams to create unified campaigns that elevate user experience and align with our e-commerce goals. By analysing trends and gathering insights from various touchpoints, you’ll help shape a holistic approach that not only drives conversions but builds lasting customer relationships across the digital landscape. YOU WILL NEED…. 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing – Paid Media is necessary To have a well-rounded understanding of SEO Understand the fundamentals of digital marketing – including paid advertisements and social media Strong reporting skills Strong communication skills – you will be required to work cross functionally and liaise with stakeholders To have effective marketing research and competitor analysis skills – identifying opportunities and trends in the industrial market, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making A growth mindset – this is a new department and we want you to make it successful!
