We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Superstar to operate our Information Desk on the shopping centre floor. This role is perfect for someone with administration experience and business acumen who loves to multitask. This role plays an integral part to the Centre Management Team, and the perfect candidate will embody the face of our centre to our local community. Shift Availability: Monday to Saturday: 10am to 6pm *Occasional weekend work may be required. *Occasional opportunities for additional hours within the Centre Management Office for coverage.Key Requirements:Proven experience in delivering a high standard of customer service.Critical administrative experience and strong organisational skills to effectively manage various tasks.Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Business-minded with a proactive approach to working across multiple teams and tasks.Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude and high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential requirement).Advanced First Aid certification (desirable, but not essential).Working with Children Check (desirable, but not essential). An experienced candidate with the potential for growth and development into Centre Management for the right individual.
