You will work on a diverse range of projects in the urban environment, from large complex projects to quick-turnaround fit-outs, leading a team of engineers and drafters across the various offices.
Your new role
As the Mechanical Director, you will work closely with the executive leadership team in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will play a key role in client engagement, providing technical expertise and give strategic guidance to drive project success.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building services projects
* A proven track record in leadership positions
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
