Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management: Design and lead an effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions and assisting with initial HR requirements.Manage employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and offboarding. HR Operations & Administration: Support HR documentation, maintain employee records, and prepare HR reports.Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration for assigned client teams. Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.Serve as an advocate for employees, promoting a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.Work closely with clients to advise on policies that foster an inclusive and performance-driven culture. Performance Management & Employee Relations: Guide managers through performance review cycles, providing tools and support for goal setting and feedback.Handle employee relations issues with empathy and discretion, addressing grievances and ensuring fair resolutions.Implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth. HR Strategy & Advisory: Advise clients on HR best practices, legal compliance, and industry trends.Support the development of HR strategies to improve operational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.Assist with workforce planning and succession planning to align with business goals. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certifications preferred).Proven experience as an HR Consultant, HR Generalist, or similar role with a focus on end-to-end HR processes.In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
