Sport & Spinal Health is seeking someone with exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality to join our team in Glenelg.Sport & Spinal Health is a modern, multi-disciplinary clinic providing physiotherapy, chiropractic care and remedial/sports massage. Working with individuals, families, amateur athletes, and athletes to provide the highest quality of care.The suitable applicant will be available to work Monday to Friday afternoons, from 1:30 until close (this can vary from 5:30pm to 7). You will also need to be flexible and have the capacity to work a variety of shifts including occasional weekends, sick and holiday leave, if required.This role is permanent part time.Key responsibilities:• Manage a busy front desk.• Greeting clients on arrival.• Scheduling patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency (training will be provided on our practice management system, Cliniko).• Processing patient payments - HICAPS and EFTPOS, DVA, Insurance & NDIS.• End of day reconciliation.• General administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying and requesting of medical records.• Ensuring the clinic is kept clean and tidy.Essential skill set:• Excellent customer service and communication skills.• Excellent organisational and time management skills.• The ability to work well under pressure.• A proven track record of punctuality and reliability.• A professional approach to all aspects of work.• Strong attention to detail.Experience in the following would be an advantage• Previous reception experience in a health environment.• Cliniko• Microsoft Outlook, Onedrive, Word and Excel.
