The purpose of this role is to lead and inspire a team to set the creative direction Politix and develop or oversee all creative assets for Politix campaigns or brand activity.
Providing creative direction across all content & creative assets, this role will ensure the Politix brand identity is executed in a consistent & cohesive manner across customer touch points, optimise our customer experience and deliver on commercial goals.
Key Accountabilities
* Contribute to relevant Marketing Planning sessions, bringing an understanding of emerging creative trends, innovative creative ideas and competitive activity.
* Understand the performance of campaigns; both customer engagement and commercial outcomes and use insights in future creative development.
* In response to Marketing Plans, Seasonal Creative Briefs and Range Presentations, lead the creative direction and development of marketing campaigns & oversee brand campaigns from concept through to execution across customer channels.
* Act as a guardian of the POLITIX brand delivering on our brand platform across all creative & content.
* Understand and interpret key seasonal themes and commercial needs to develop campaigns that deliver on brand, fashion & commercial goals.
* Manage the creative team & external stakeholders to ensure all creative assets developed deliver a cohesive campaign and brand experience across all channels – with the goals to elevate POLITIX at every touchpoint.
* Design and develop artwork for all marketing communications as required.
* Provide recommendations and support the briefing and management of external partners to deliver on campaign concepts including photographers, videographers, talent, stylists, producers, set design, location.
* Lead the team to develop and deliver all creative assets such as copy, graphics, film, imagery & styling across organic & owned social, paid advertising, website, emails, in store signage, packaging, brand activations and events.
* Oversee and establish the creative direction to apply to all website creative and photography, including set design, talent and concepts. Revisit this seasonally (or as needed).
Key Capabilities
* Experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion or retail industry (client or agency side) managing art direction, copywriting, graphic design, shoot direction and production across stills and video
* Proven cross channel creative direction with a solid understanding of creative & brand expression across digital channels including social
* High level of understanding for Responsive design across multiple devices
* Solid experience directing shoots working with photographers, stylists, videographers etc.
* Passionate about brand, creative and design
* Commercially aware, with a record of delivering creative that has a strong brand aesthetic and sales return
* Exemplary knowledge of graphic design applications including InDesign and Photoshop
* Knowledge and experience in setting up of file management system and workflow management tools
