The Rego Shop is seeking a talented and customer-focused Receptionist/Service Advisor to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. This full-time role will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
3. Scheduling and managing client appointments and bookings
4. Maintaining accurate records and data entry
5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business
6. Providing advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the retail or service industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Competent in using standard office software and technology
5. A positive, reliable and adaptable approach to work
