These programs are variously funded through NT and Australian Government contracts.This position supports the organisation to be able to demonstrate and report on outcomes across all programs.About the roleThe Program Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the outcomes, evaluation, data, and contract management processes at CatholicCare NT. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective program implementation, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.What we are looking forBachelors Degree in a relevant field (eg. Social Sciences, Evaluation, Social Work)Proven experience in outcomes management, evaluation and data analysisStrong knowledge of evaluation methodologies and statistical analysisProficiency in data management and analysis software (eg.
