About the opportunity
The Senior Manager Business Process Optimisation is a member of the Operational Systems Program Senior Management team. The role is responsible for mapping, improving, and streamlining various processes across the NSW State Emergency Service. This role focuses on leveraging technology and digital solutions to optimise workflows, ensuring that processes meet both current and future operational needs. You’ll collaborate with various departments, driving innovation in service delivery and enhancing operational effectiveness across the NSW SES.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have extensive experience in business process optimisation, preferably within digital transformation projects
* Be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience in mapping and improving complex business processes
* Possess qualifications in analytics, process mapping, or relevant experience in managing large-scale projects
