What’s more, this role will see you working as part of a broader group Jetstar and Qantas structure.As a Technology Risk and Resilience Manager, you will be responsible for key activities of Jetstar’s Technology Risk Management Frameworks, which help protect customer and employee data, maintain cyber posture, and ensure technology resilience. You will deliver the Technology Risk Assessment Framework reporting for Jetstar – managing risk assessment workshops and reviewing outcomes with senior leaders.You will also manage and run compliance uplift programs to enhance Jetstar Technology’s risk position through continuous improvement. The role will enhance disaster recovery and backup capabilities for a portfolio of applications and IT services across our Data Centres, contracted “as-a-Service,” and Cloud Platforms.Key responsibilities:Managing the planning and delivery of technology risk management initiativesProviding expert advice to ensure the business maintains the knowledge, capability and governance to maintain technology resilience and manage risksProviding key support during initial investigation in event of a privacy or cyber related incidentManage and monitor technology risk and resilience activities for business units and service partnersProvide clear guidance and strong leadership to empower and support the team in navigating daily tasks, changes or challengesProviding information to auditors during internal and external assessmentsEscalating emerging risks and issues, participating in resolution and mitigation to senior management and across business unitsCollaborating with business and technology stakeholders across Jetstar and the Qantas Group to maintain quality and efficiency within the risk management programsTo be considered for this role you will have:Degree in Business, IT or relevant on-the-job experienceExtensive experience in leading BAU compliance monitoring and improvement activities to achieve business outcomes.Experience working in cross functional risk and compliance programs and activities involving multiple and diverse business teams and stakeholdersStrong people leadership skills, managing and supporting team performance and growthDemonstrated ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively through formal and informal networksAbility to generate improvement ideas and strategies and translate into detailed approaches and plansDemonstrate strong compliance mindset, commitment to business improvement and risk managementIf you’re ready to step into a culture that will challenge and excite you, submit an application and let’s explore how we go places together.Our CultureJetstar is alive with a sense of adventure.
