About our Opportunity We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Sales Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities predominantly in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. In this position you will spend the majority of your time on the road, seeking new clients in the residential builder segment. You will be at ease in your consultative selling approach to develop new customer relationships by offering hands on support from point of contact, sales and right through to after sales support. With the role being primarily on the road with support from our Bayswater office, you will engage with builders looking for windows and door solutions for their new build or renovation projects. In addition, you’ll: Actively source and develop new accounts Interpret technical design plans, and assess construction projects Provide clients with product details and recommendations Manage contacts through the sales database Build future relationships between TREND and Client in the transition of account management to allow you to develop new additional accounts. About You We’re looking for a team player who loves to partner, and who has experience within the building and renovation or manufacturing industry along with the technical aptitude to understand the product. Your relationship building and negotiation skills, combined with your ability to solve problems and provide outstanding customer service will be vital in ensuring your success in this role. We are seeking a self-motivated, results focused sales professional with a strong service ethos. You will diligently plan, organise and conduct selling activities which will enable you to exceed your sales targets.
