About the role
We are looking for Senior Psychologists, Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, Occupational Therapists (OT), and Social Workers. Responsibilities include:
* Engaging with clients providing personalised care and support.
* Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
* Advocating for clients and coordinating with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being.
* Monitoring and managing clients' mental health and well-being, collaborating with health professionals as needed.
* Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise.
About you
* Current AHPRA registration in relevant discipline (psychologist, registered nurse, or occupational therapist).
* Current AASW registration (social worker).
* Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
* Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
