Projects Supervisor
This role is pivotal in supervising earthworks and civil construction projects from concept to hand over, ensuring that safety, cost quality and time requirements are met.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Assist the Projects Manager with minor projects and reporting requirements for works being undertaken.
* Review engineering and construction quality documentation for compliance.
* Report promptly to the Projects Manager any substandard workmanship to enable appropriate actions to be taken.
* Effectively supervise Projects while ensuring that Company and external requirements are met.
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria:
* Civil Construction background
* Proven leadership ability with a very strong commitment to safety.
* Exceptional communication skills to clearly communicate plans and required outcomes to crews.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Supervisory level role.
* The ability to work a Monday - Friday roster.
