The Role We are seeking an energetic, collaborative and strategic Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that will drive our growth and reposition us in the market as a high-quality complex support provider. Working closely with our General Manager you will be the driving force behind our strategic objective to strengthen awareness of our organisation and our ability to deliver NDIS expertise and supports to our local community. This can be a full time or part time role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage our growth strategy by identifying and cultivating partnerships with specialist support coordinators, hospitals, community hubs and more. Drive community engagement to promote our organisation with a deep understanding of our sector and key players within our community. Be the visionary who inspires and motivates our teams with innovative lead generation ideas and strategies. Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure that services delivered are of a high quality, offering an exceptional customer and workforce experience. Work in partnership with the operations teams including, client services, rostering and compliance teams to support the Customer Experience. Key Requirements: Experience in business development, growth and/or partnership management. Experience delivering high complex support to NDIS participants. Experience developing professional relationships that lead to business growth through new clients and client retention. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder—comfortable reaching out and connecting with new people daily. A deep passion for community care and support with a commitment to meaningful, purpose-driven work. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to inspire and drive action.
