About the Role
As a People & Organisational Development Advisor, you will be at the forefront of supporting this transformative infrastructure project by driving key HR initiatives and processes. With a strong emphasis on recruitment, you will ensure the organisation attracts, engages, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to secure high-calibre talent that aligns with the organisation's strategic goals.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment and broader HR matters, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
* Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and practices across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate HR records and deliver comprehensive reporting to support decision-making and compliance.
* Collaborate with the People & Organisational Development Lead to deliver HR projects and initiatives, contributing innovative solutions to improve organisational outcomes.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are essential.
* Previous experience with public sector recruitment or complex, high-volume hiring projects is highly regarded.
