Provide administration support to the Organisational Development function, eg. Booking working group meetings, documenting meeting outcomes Collect, analyse and report on data including learning evaluations and performance metrics Oversee the maintenance and organisation of digital content and artefacts across various employee-facing platforms, including SharePoint and the Intranet, ensuring that all resources are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with organisational standards. Assist the team to maintain the Sub-delegations register, performing regular audits to ensure record and supporting documentation accuracy and completeness.
