As part of their strategic growth in Adelaide, we are now seeking a Civil Engineer to join their high-performing project delivery team. About the Role: The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supporting project planning and execution across multiple scopes of work, including bulk earthworks, roadworks, water/sewer infrastructure, demolition, and design & construct packages. Working under experienced Project Engineers and alongside site teams, you’ll ensure that project goals around safety, quality, time, and budget are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day engineering and site operations to ensure project milestones are met. Interpret design drawings and specifications, providing technical support and construction methodologies. Monitor and manage construction activities including subcontractor performance, materials usage, and QA compliance. Assist in preparing work schedules, cost tracking, and progress reports. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, environmental and quality standards. Support senior engineers and project managers with contract administration, RFIs, and stakeholder liaison. What You Bring: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 2–6 years of hands-on civil engineering experience in project delivery. Experience across general civil works including earthworks, roads, water/sewer, structures or demolition is highly regarded. Familiarity with engineering and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Positive attitude and a desire to grow within a highly supportive team environment. Full working rights in Australia and current driver’s licence.
