About the Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director Role The Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director's primary focus will be to lead and grow our Early Childhood Centre based at Milton, Ulladulla region (NSW). The incumbent's proficiency lies in identifying and nurturing each Educator's unique strengths while leading with positivity and confidence. As an approachable and caring individual, the incumbent will effortlessly connect with families, children, and educators, fostering a sense of community and belonging. To be successful in this role you will need to have: Minimum Certificate III qualification or higher in Early Education and Care, along with experience in similar capacity. Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community each day A genuine passion for and interest in working with children and families. Ability to build capacity and make a positive difference in the lives of others. Sound knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Framework. Candidates with a minimum of two years of previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Director will be highly valued for their desirable skills and experience. Be a key contributor to delivering wonderful moments. Demonstrate the understanding of NQF standards, demonstrate professional boundaries and assist others with ethical dilemmas. Actively and positively work to resolve operational, interpersonal and family concerns for the Educational and Care Service. Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families to assess and support children's learning and wellbeing needs. Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members. CRCS also requires all employees to: Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS. Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may affect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position.
