Job Description
Branch Manager & Sales
* Oversee day-to-day operations of sales and parts departments in the branch.
* Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
* Implement, improve, and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
* Support payroll management by approving and supplying time sheets of staff to head office.
* Monitor and implement a culture of safety awareness.
* Administer fleet and equipment use and maintenance.
* Drive revenue growth and market penetration.
* Networking to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
* Develop a deep knowledge of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
* Establish and grow positive customer relationships.
* Participate in company field days as required.
* Prepare and present periodic reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Be prepared to adapt to changes and assume various roles as needed in a small branch environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the agricultural machinery industry.
* Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment, technologies, and market dynamics.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software (Netsuite preferred but not essential; training will be provided).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
