As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of these projects, safeguarding the integrity and longevity of vital structures within our community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate remedial and cathodic protection projects on public infrastructure, including bridges, boardwalks, stairways, walls and other critical assets.Supervise and manage onsite personnel, subcontractors, and resources to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans and strategies.Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and achievements.RequirementsProven experience in site supervision, preferably in the field of remedial and cathodic protection projects or related infrastructure construction projects.Must be happy to be out on site, on the tools every day.
